Delivery Policy and Conditions:

  • We operate 365 days a year from 9am to 3am.

  • Delivery areas and business hours are stated and updated regularly on our home page.

  • Orders will be dispatched to Quickee Riders via SMS in order to conserve time, so please make sure to request specifically for a bill via our Hotline or Email if necessary and we will make sure to get it to you.

  • Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service, you should report it to our hotline or email us immediately and we will attempt to correct it as soon as possible.

  • Orders will be dispatched to the addresses provided via phone or registered on the system. If there is a change of delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform Quickee with regards to the delivery address of each and every order.

  • If there are 2 or more delivery addresses registered on the system, Quickee team will confirm the delivery address with the customer before dispatch.

  • Orders will only be subject to a delivery fee as stated in the "Delivery Info and Coverage" section, unless you have any privileges awarded to you by our organization.

  • We will always call your number when we are at your door with your order in order to minimize disturbances by ringing your doorbell.

  • Only the address supplied to us when placing the order will be acknowledged as orders cannot be changed mid delivery.

  • We urge you to provide us with a residential or business address, as we will be less inclined to delivering to public places, vehicles, etc.

  • Drivers will refuse delivery of certain products to anyone under the age of 21, intoxicated and abusive or violent towards our staff.

  • All grocery products will be sold in sealed containers and well within the expiration dates. If there is an issue with the delivered product, please return as it is so we may refund you and return the products back to suppliers.

  • Our drivers will not enter a customer’s address aside from to set the box on the floor if it is heavy.

  • Order placement is only considered valid if placed via a Quickee Call Center Representative. The company will not be liable nor are the Riders encouraged to purchase items that are not on the bill for customer once the order is on route to its destination.

  • Cancellations may be made within 5 minutes of order confirmation by contacting one of our agents on our hot line number.

  • All genuine complains about cooked food items will be adhered to by the customer providing the dissatisfactory item back to a Quickee agent for validation in order to obtain a replacement or refund on said item.

  • Customers who do not pick up their phone on delivery will be recorded and future orders could be denied to that particular address.

  • Untimely Cancellations on more than three occasions during a period of three months, will be subject to your account and contact details being suspended/banned from delivery.

  • The delivery times of cooked food and beverage orders may vary based on locations.

  • Please note that ordering items from more than one location/outlet at the same time may be subject to delays in delivery.

  • Orders for items not featured on the Website or orders for items from non-Partner restaurants will be subject to an additional pickup fee of Rs. 500.

  • Please note that certain food products may appear different that when dining in, in order to make it more suitable for delivery.

  • Quickee will not accept responsibility for packaged products picked up on route and will only deliver items that are in abidance with the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.
